The Apostle John wrote the most famous verse in the New Testament (John 3:16) this was written on purpose to persuade the audience to believe that Jesus is Lord, The Son of God and we all shall come to have eternal life. John presents Jesus to us as The Son of God (Eagle) the one with no beginning. The chronology of Christ´s earthy ministry is constructed from the Gospel of John, he builds his Gospel around 7 public miracles and/or signs, each designated to show Jesus is God! John does not forget to mention how the Holy Spirit being our comforter, teacher, and our guide, always glorifies Jesus, not Himself. He is also the Spiritual water, in the Old Testament water and Spirit are recognized as spiritual renewal and cleansing. This certain spiritual cleansing can only be accomplished by Holy Spirit. But the Holy Spirit cannot come unless Jesus ascends. When Jesus´ time was coming to an end, He did not try to delay or avoid being arrested, put on trial, scourged, crucified and put to death! But thankfully on the third day Jesus arose out of the grave and came to be in His holy spiritual body. Throughout this book the number 7 is represented as perfection and completion. In this we see how evangelistic the book of John truly is and from reading this book, we all shall come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah.
