The Book of Joshua means to save. In this book explains how Joshua led the Israelites into military operations in a specific type of fighting in northern, central and southern Canaan, destroying their enemies. Joshua divided the land to the twelve tribes and governed them for a bit. God commanded their voyage to conquest the land at first and then at the end Joshua warned & reminded the Israelites of the need to obey God not to follow the nations example or sway of their worship to God in any way, shape or form. Joshua was a risk taker to listen and to act. He had a different approach on a battle, he mixed faith with new ways, and unique giving of the spirit. His loyalty and faith in God allowed him to do this against all odds. Amen
