The Book of Ruth- Ruth was a Moabite widow she was the daughter in law to Naomi. Both Naomi and Ruth were widows and traveled back to Naomi family. From reading this book you could feel how much Ruth loved her mother in law and her husbands family. Ruth was obedient and did as she was instructed to do. Ruth was not part of Gods chosen people. But Ruth chose to follow God and The Lord blessed her for her faithfulness and love for her mother in law with a new husband Boaz and a son Obed he would be the grandfather to King David. What a Blessing!
