The book of number has to do with Moses and the Israelites, and they travelled through the wilderness.

The children of Israel started losing faith in God and in Moses. They were constantly complaining about food and regretted leaving Egypt because they believed they were better off over there. Moses became frustrated because of the people’s complaints and he brought it up to the Lord, The Lord said to Moses to appoint seventy men of the elders of Israel so that he wouldn’t have to bear the burden all by himself.

The Book of Numbers was truly eye opening when Israeli’s was freed from Egypt and God had decree to stay on track with is covenant for his people. How each Israeli’s was counted for their genealogy to make sure that blood of God and faith was with his people .

The Book of Number had many definition that pertained to time and accountability of the people arrange and implemented by God. It was interested that Book was written for all of us to stay on track and not sin or not rebel as God People. Once we became disobedient the people had to wonder in the wilderness for 40 years for being disobedience, this was heavy price to pay for sin and lofty behaviors of his people.
