Here in Lamentations Jeremiah pleads with God one more time but the people have gone to far , there were consequences for their sins.
They continued to live the way the wanted and do what they wanted it cost them severely. King Nebuchadnezzar had it with them, He came down
on them and completely leveled the walls and exiled some of the people.
The Lord showed no mercy for all the wrong doing they had done. He even allowed his temple to be plundered this is how angry the Lord got.
But Jeremiah knows his God is mercifully .
