After Moses passing Joshua is chosen to lead the next generation out to the promise land. They were guaranteed victory only if they stayed faithful to what God commanded, but one man couldn’t fight the temptation of having something that he really wanted for him self. Now how many times have we done that and regret it after. His sin is what caused some of them to be killed. This is why we need to study the word, meditate on the word, and obey the word. We need to make sure we are staying true and faithful to God and obey all his commands so that we have a blessed life.
