The book of Isaiah warns Israel leaders that there will be consequences if they continue in their rebellion, something that they have been told before but still don’t seem to get it. Isaiah also believe that God will fulfill his Covenant promises and that it will come from the line of David to establish God’s Kingdom so that God’s blessing and salvation will flow to all. I am thankful that God’s loves his people so much that he kept his word and Jesus came and died so that we could be reconciled to God.
