In the Book of Esther God’s name is not mentioned but God is a God of order and the Historical events that take place through this book grace us with His covering to His chosen people. Esther’s cousin Mordecai spoke into Esther’s life that “she was created for such a time as this.” this shared her heart for the people and the righteous prayer of Mordecai was heard by our Almighty God. The anti-Semitic plot of Haman “The Agagite” against the Jewish nation turned on Him and the Jewish nation was victorious!
Esther 8:9 is the longest verse in the Bible and shows the length of God’s arm stretched covering the Nation of Israel from “India to Cush.” The words of Mordecai was written out officially for 127 providences and to the Jews, each in its own language demonstrating that the Authority of GOD is far greater than the Authority of man when we put our faith and trust in Him alone.
