The Book of Deuteronomy is the covenant between God and Israel. It informs the new Generation of Israel to remember who god is and what he had done for them. Moses inform the people to be obedient to the Lord and rededicate their lives to the Lord. Moses blessed the people and appointed Joshua to Lead the People to the Promise Land. The Lord let Moses know he would not reach the promise land. Moses could only see the Promise land from a distance. Moses was so obedient to the Lord.
