Influential Leadership
To empower and equip leaders to be sent and positioned for ministry in the inner cities around the world for the cause of the gospel.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Position is giving, but influence has to be earned. In this course students will learn the importance of personal character and walking in integrity. Our lifestyle speaks so much louder than our words, as Christian leaders we must maintain our integrity: publicly and privately in order to operate in divine authority and gain influence over those God has called us to lead.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course:
- Students will learn how to gauge their personal leadership style.
- Students will have developed skills to make the most of their leadership position.
- Students will learn importance of people development, and the leadership principle that helping leaders grow extends your influence and impact.
- Students will understand importance of learning how to grow their influence through the production level.
- Students will understand how to build level 5 organizations; as well as how to identify other potential level 5 leaders.
