Origins: Creation of earth, the universe, and everything in it including humankind.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will address secular theories on the creation of earth and mankind. Students will investigate “Biblical” concepts and doctrines on creation as well as the lack of evidence facing theories on origin of existence outside of God, Creationism vs Intelligent design.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course:
- Students will understand what both creationism and Intelligent design are and how they compare.
- Students will gather and research biblical concepts and doctrines on creation.
- Students will gain confidence to address secular theories to creation.
- Students will be able to confront the lack of evidence for origin of existence outside of God.
