What I learned in this book is that Paul had to write a second letter to clear the confusion that was brought upon the church. They believed that they were going through the judgement of the Day of the Lord. They believed this because of the persecution they were suffering. All this was because of a false letter that was forged coming from Paul. This made the believers think that they missed the rapture. With all this going on Paul lets us know that we need to stand firm and stay strong with the teaching that has been passed on to us and us pass it on. We must find ways to encourage others to stay strong in our walk with our Lord and pray for each other.
