Joshua led the Israelites into the promise land that God had prepared for them to take. God went before them and defeated all the people that occupied the land. I always try to remember this when I go through times of hardship “One man of you shall chase a thousand, for the Lord your God is He who fights for you, as He has promised you.” (Joshua 23:10)
