Although I would like to think I wouldn’t have complained and sinned against God as the Israelites did, I know I have. There’s no way I’d ever meet the righteous standard that God set forth with the Law and the pattern of the Tabernacle without Jesus. Reading Exodus helps me appreciate even more how righteous our wonderful Father is, and how sinful our nature is that kept us separated from Him. It makes me so thankful for Jesus’ sacrifice that allows me to have my own personal relationship with God through Him. Thank you father God for giving us Jesus as our perfect High Priest, and perfect sacrifice as our “Passover” that we may be saved from death and have eternal life.
