The book of Isaiah is about a Prophet who said here am I use me Lord. He was sent out to give the bad news that the Lord gave him on how the the two nations were going to be defeated. It was because of their disobedience, but God being the Loving God that He is gave them another chance and God let them know through the Prophet Isaiah that they would have a new start, that a descendant from the line of David would come and be the Messiah.
