2 Peter and Jude have many similarities. Jude is more of a synopsis of 2 Peter. Both books talk about false teachers, the dangers they pose on the church, their characteristics, and the judgement that awaits them. Both books remind believers to beware of false teachers in the last days, to never allow compromise, and to remain focused on God’s truth that will keep us on the right path.
