    Timothy was an eager young man who already had solid Jewish training from his mother and his grandmother. Just because someone is young doesn’t mean that God cannot use them. Paul seen the potential in him and chose Timothy to join him on his missionary journeys.

    Timothy was a young minister who faced many conflict, challenges, and pressures from the church and surrounding culture. Paul warned him in this letter about false teachers and encouraged timothy to remain strong in the faith. I really love how all the chapters address how we are supposed to operate in the church from worship, to leaders, and also warning against false teachers of coarse.

    We are never too young or too old to receive instruction from the Lord, as we humble ourselves God will continue to impart in us Godly wisdom. Timothy may have encountered challenges but he continued to receive instructions and obeyed God
