Qtr. 4 – EXPONENTIAL LEADERSHIP This lesson will show you how to lead an organization while reproducing yourself. The truth is we can’t be everywhere at once and we can’t lead everything. This is one of the most powerful forms of leadership we can operate in. Students will learn real-world skills like developing and leading leaders, how to multiply and grow your team/business/church etc., along with the art of delegation.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will teach students how to develop and multiply leaders, train and disciple others, and care for those in need. The course will train students on how to multiply themselves in others, and why small group ministry is so important for the growth of the church.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course:
- Students will understand the importance and benefits of a small group ministry.
- Students will understand how small group ministry builds a church.
- Students will understand basic functions of a small group.
- Students will understand leadership development through multiplying leaders in small groups.
