Leadership University expects its students to conduct themselves in accordance with the University Statement of Faith & biblical standards. Students should operate as professionals while working toward their goals of spiritual & academic achievement and career success. Leadership University also expects its students to act responsibly in all areas of personal conduct when on & off University premises while attending TWLU. Misconduct is subject to sanction and disciplinary action.
Sanctions
The following sanctions may be imposed, separately or in conjunction with other sanctions:
- Verbal Warning
- Written Warning
- Probation
- Financial Restitution (when property is damaged)
- Suspension, Expulsion
Unauthorized Electronic or Other Distribution of University or Outside Copyrighted Materials
Students found not respecting and utilizing network access according to student conduct agreements will be sanctioned. Any reproduction or plagiarism of class materials, lectures, or textbooks: via audio, video, or written/copied material for reproduction is prohibited and will be confiscated and remain the property of TWLU.
Disciplinary Action
Violation of this policy may result in an immediate suspension or loss of computer or network privileges at the University and will also subject a student to disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion from the University after their first sanction.
