The book of 2 Kings in th2 2nd Chapter covers Elijah taken into Heaven. The Lord told Elijah to go to Bethel, Jericho and the Jordan River. Elijah with his cloak divided the river just with a touch from the cloak. As Elijah and Elisha walked and spoke Chariots of fire descended from Heaven along with horses of fire. Elijah was carried away into Heaven. Even the prophets got to witness this event. What an experience to witness. Also in this book most of the Kings did evil in the Lords eyes. After all their ancestors experience for their disobedience the people of Israel still chose to do evil.
