The book of John is the last of the 4 Gospels. It’s different in that it does not contain a lot of the things such as the parables that the first three gospels dive into. The book of John does not contain all the miracles that the other books speak about in detail. This book only mentions 7 of the miracles that Jesus performed. The main theme of John’s writing is to prove to his readers the deity of Jesus. One of the most widely known Bible verses comes from the book of John in chapter 3 verse 16. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not die but have everlasting life. This famous verse has been posted on bill boards and seen at football games for years now. One powerful verse for one powerful man of God.
